All returns must be pre-approved - contact the store by email at info.3313recordstore@gmail.com to request a return for refund. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. We are not able to send replacement LPs without receiving the defective item in return. Note that returns are processed as soon as possible, but please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee for any non-defective items that are returned. Any returns or exchanges are also offered in-store at 37 Harry Walker Pkwy South, Newmarket. Online orders returned in store will be refunded to the original form of payment and are subject to processing times of 1-3 days.
